The phrase "Those who can - do; Those who cannot - teach" has been uttered so many times over the years, and it has not lost it meaning today.

Many of the so-called "business coaches" in business today will not take an active role in your success - it's their safety net. You see, even if you follow everything they tell you to do, and yet not reach your goals, they can claim that there is no guarantee of success, or that somewhere along the line you misunderstood something they said or didn't do something properly.

The reasons are simple:

1. They don't fully understand the market they're playing in
2. They're afraid of failing on something themselves
3. They shun personal responsibility
4. They refuse to accept blame for anything

Most of these "coaches" will wave past successes around like a huge flag, yet, when pressed for information, will not be able to produce any evidence of those successes.

Don't be fooled by these "coaches" - you need a diverse team of individuals that work side by side with you to ensure your success.
